apples

Apple filed a federal trademark infringement suit against the City of New York and their GreeNYC campaign. GreeNYC created a logo that is being used on bus shelters, hybrid gasoline-electric taxicabs and even Whole Foods shopping bags. What's mine is mine and what's his is his, or mine, depending how desperate I act. Not really. We have separate bank accounts, divided retirement savings plans and just generally no say in what the other is doing with the money they earn. We like it, no, prefer it that way. So when we had to file through all my bank accounts last night to determine my home office deduction, I think I would have rather ripped out each fingernail with a pair of pliers -- then moved on to my teeth.
