You know those days where all you can do is lay around in a hammock and drink gallons of homemade lemonade because it's just that hot outside? Well today is one of those days. Except I had to be out meeting clients and trying to not to look like I had just peeled myself out of a hot car.

I planned on making a shrimp curry for dinner but the mere thought of hot food is making my hair sweat. Maybe it's going to turn into a shrimp ceviche!
